The journey has begun!!

We are officially on the road!!  Our destination today is Three Rivers State Park just west of Tallahassee.  Both animals are resting quietly (answered prayer!) and it is raining as we drive north on 75.  Hopefully the rain will pass quickly…but it does not to seem to bother Dirk.  I think his calling might be driving a big rig :)   He is quite comfortable driving this humungo vehicle.  I do not plan on sitting in the drivers seat at any time during this trip.  I don’t think Lexi or Dirk would want me to since i seem to be able to find curbs to run over often enough in our Sequoia!! 

So far all I have found that I forgot was my jewelry.  No bling for this trip - oh well maybe Lexi will let me borrow some of hers.  Signing off now…

I just checked in to see where you were and it is so very nice to be able to travel with you through the computer. Our prayers are for your safety each day. Oh, yes, we must pray for calmness of the animals. Love you all.
