Forever Free

“I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.”  Philippians 4:13

Life can throw us some unbelievably difficult circumstances, and yet we must go on.  What I have found after facing the death of my son to a highly aggressive cancerous brain tumor, is that God is sufficient to provide my strength in all things.  Without the comfort, love and guidance that only God has been able to provide my heart, I fear I would not have been able to survive this heartbreaking ordeal.  But through His strength, and the love and support of many friends, we have started a foundation called Giving Hope Through Faith Foundation that helps others facing cancer.  And through His guidance I have chronicled the journey my family took when Zachary was diagnosed to his entry to Heaven ten short months later in a book called Unfinished Love – Walking by Faith through Pediatric Cancer.  The purpose of this blog is to live life with you and share the amazing journey God is leading my family, friends and foundation families through in hopes you can find strength from these entries for your own journey.

I am living Forever Free…knowing our amazing and glorious Creator has provided an eternal home for me in Heaven through the sacrifice of His Son.  Until the time comes for me to join Him there, I hope to share as much love, faith and hope with those around me as I possibly can!
